Serving Suggestion:
Try cooking the salmon 'en Papiotte' and enjoy the aromas as you open your own packet of fish. Simply place the fish on a large square of baking parchment and top with a mixture of white wine, finely sliced leeks, capers, sundried tomatoes, lemon rind and fresh herbs. Season and fold up the parcels to secure the fish. Place on a tray and bake in a hot oven 200°C/400°f/gas mark 6 for 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked. Serve in the paper wrap.
